As a beginner of yoga and any sort of movement, I want to recommend Alex and his practice into your weekly life.

I have been working with him for about a year now. He moves you along efficiently, guiding every step thoroughly. I have found that each week, my movement increases, my balance improves, and areas that I didn’t know needed stretching have introduced me to a new mindfulness of my aging body.

As I move into my 6th decade of life, I now realize that I am having fun remembering some of the motions we all did as kids. Alex gave me the strength and confidence to do some simple cartwheels! That is old-fashioned fun! What a blessing!

5 Stars Mobility Course

In the beginning, I was not sure if I could stay on track for 12 weeks with this mobility course. But in the end, it was the best that could ever have happened during the pandemic times! I am a 44 -year-old sport scientist, sport freak over all disciplines, and martial arts with plenty of experience in stretching, flexibility, working out, etc. I can say Alex’s course is one of the best! What I loved the most were the follow-along videos every week. I implement so many aspects in my daily practice that I have to thank Alex for. 

The Complete Package

This course offers practices ranging from strengthening to relaxation for the whole body. The material is professionally presented which makes it easy to get a lot out of this “remote” training. Helpful and kind feedback was always just a click away.

Best Ever!

This wasn’t my first online mobility course, but definitely the best! Easy to follow, well structured, great individual support and very sympathetic!
